How can I change an existing order?
We start to process your order as soon as we can so that you receive your items as quickly as possible. This means that if you change your mind or realize that you have made a mistake after placing your order, there is a limited time-frame in which you can amend or cancel it. What do I do if I receive a faulty item in my order?
Although unlikely, sometimes mistakes can happen. We want to sort out any issues with faulty items immediately.
As soon as you discover a fault, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- The faulty item’s name
- A description of the fault – a photo may be required
We’ll get back to you as soon as we can with a solution and which is likely to be either a replacement or a refund.
I typed the wrong delivery address. Can it be fixed?
There still might be time! If your order is still processing and has not been shipped, we can update the address for you no problem. Please contact us with your order number and updated address information ASAP.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes on my order?
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain orders. These charges are your responsibility as we only charge for the transportation fee for the packages. Also note that prices are GST or local tax exclusive and Fluffbundle does not offer GST refund for exported products. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs could be.
