Many of our items are sourced in bulk from global suppliers, so our products usually take between 10-30 days to arrive, though in extremely rare circumstances can take longer. Delivery on all items is included in the price. Don’t be alarmed if you don’t receive all items in a large order at once, we don’t like to keep our dear customers waiting so each item is sent as and when it is ready.
Please note that we rely on third party service providers to handle freight meaning although we do our best to ensure our customers are satisfied we cannot guarantee the quality of the delivery service as it is out of our control.
Do I have to pay duties or taxes on international orders?
Import duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are NOT included in the product price or shipping cost, and may be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain orders. These charges are your responsibility. Also note that prices are GST or local tax exclusive and fluffbundle.com does not offer GST refund for exported products. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs could be.
How long will my order to take to arrive?
Our delivery target is 10 – 30 days and all orders are guaranteed to arrive within 30 days from the purchase date unless otherwise stated. Occasionally external factors may mean your order does not arrive in the above timelines. We will endeavour to contact you as soon as possible if a delay with your order occurs.
Australian orders over $1000 AUD may incur delays due to international customs.

Changing your mind / purchasing the wrong product by mistake
Fluffbundle does not accept returns due to change of mind or accidental orders. Please carefully check all orders you submit before finalising.
Incorrectly supplied products
If you have been accidentally supplied the wrong product, Fluffbundle will supply the correct product (where it is available) or issue a refund. All claims must be made within 60 days from the purchase date and have photographic evidence.
Products damaged in transit
If your product has been damaged during transit to your delivery address Fluffbundle will replace your product (where it is available), or issue a refund. All claims must be made within 60 days from the purchase date and have photographic evidence.
Products that arrive outside the advertised delivery time
All orders are tracked. If your order arrives after 30 days from the date of purcahse a full refund will be issued.
Products that are faulty upon arrival / first use
If the product you received is faulty upon arrival / first use, Fluffbundle will replace your product (where it is available), or issue a refund. All claims must be made within 60 days from the purchase date and have photographic evidence.
Products that are faulty within the warranty period
If your product is faulty or has stopped working as intended and is still within the warranty period specified when you purchased your product Fluffbundle will replace your product (where it is available), or issue a refund. All claims must have photographic evidence.
